About Us

WHAT IS YBS?

Youth Business Singapore (YBS) is a pilot programme under The Prince's Youth Business International (YBI), a global network in 39 countries that has successfully helped over 97,000 new businesses in 10 years.  YBS  is currently part of Heartware Network, a not-for-profit youth organisation focused on developing youths, all across the societal strata, into young community champions. With that in mind, youth entrepreneurship forms the third of our key trusts - youth development, youth leadership, youth enterprise. YBS seeks to be the leading not-for-profit programme in cultivating a culture of entrepreneurship in Singapore and helping youths between 18-35 years old with business seed funding and mentoring. In doing so, we aim to inspire and empower young entrepreneurs to make their great business ideas happen!

Beyond educational outreach and training in Singapore, YBS has strategic partnerships with Saudi Arabia, China and India to establish a regional learning hub for sharing of ideas. YBS also has a partnership with SPRING Singapore's YES! Start-up fund.
